This is a little late in coming, but as they say, better late than never. I’ve had my pictures of my trip to LA and Hollywood up for a while, but now here’s the link.
I am 19 now! As with each passing year, growing one year older does not make me feel any different, but I suppose it is a milestone nonetheless. I had a fun birthday celebration. I went sightseeing in LA and Hollywood with my Dad. That was a fun experience. There was a lot of neat things to see on the trip. My favorite was seeing Darth Vador. Ok, maybe it wasn’t the original Darth Vador from Star Wars, but it was still very cool.
My birthday party (to put it loosely) consisted of two chicken breasts with margarita umbrellas sticking out of them rather than the traditional cake and candles event. But I was perfectly happy with that, especially since I haven’t eaten cake in a few years.
Now my birthday has come and gone, and now, a week later, it has become just another memory filed away in the chambers of my mind. No luck yet on the job front, but I’m still searching in that regard. Today I’m going to my Dad’s friend’s house to fix his computer, so I’ll make a little extra money there. But that is about all the news I have in the adventure that I call my life. I appreciate all the prayers that so many of you are uttering for me. Believe me, it helps more than you can realize.
