As the title suggests, I finally got my California Driver’s License. I could have gotten it sooner I’m sure, but it was a matter of organizing my schedule in such a way that I would have time to take a bus to West Covina, the city the nearest DMV is in. I finally did it, and I passed the test without any problems. I now have a temporary California Driver’s license, and in two to four weeks they will mail my real license to me.
Going along with this good piece of news is another very exciting thing that I accomplished this week. With the money from my first two weeks at my new job, I was able to get car insurance legally in the state of California, even though the car is still registered in Iliinois. I was a little unsure whether this was possible, but I am now driving again. Hooray! To celebrate, I gave my car a much needed bath at the carwash.
So it occurred to me, I use Yahoo Photos to share my pictures with everyone, but I have never had a way to share my videos with everyone. Until now. I will now take advantage of Google’s free Video Search to upload and stream my Family videos with everyone. I am adding a Family Videos section on the right of this site that I will keep updated whenever I get any new personal and/or family videos. So keep an eye out for that. And as always, keep praying for me – it helps.
